Ciaulè - Syrah
Description
With its delicate rosé color, Ciaulè reveals aromas of red fruits such as wild strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate, and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it releases a refreshing character with a good structure and enjoyable persistence of flavors.
This wine takes its name from the Ciavole Tower, which overlooks the sea at Gliaca di Piraino. The tower performed as a lookout post to spot possible pirate attacks. Ciaulé means magpies in Sicilian and refers to the many birds that used to nest on this tower. Ciaulè is thus a tribute to the landscape of our territory, so rich in history and tradition.
